2021 MDS Manufacturing Class 2 ITA Forks

MDS offers Class 2 ITA Pallet Fork Systems for over 100 loader applications including Universal Skid Steer, Euro/Global, JD Classic, JCB, Manitou and many more. Standard fork is the Cascade fully heat treated, 1½” x 4” x 48” rated at 5500 pounds with a 24” load center. MDS uses the Knob Style Lock Pin only

MDS builds and powder coats all pallet fork frames to strict ISO specifications. This includes the all new MDS Class 2 ITA Pallet Forks System with Hydraulic Shifting Forks for Universal Skid Steer. Save valuable time by not getting in and out of the skid steer to adjust the forks.

Cascade’s quality system offers full traceability throughout the entire production history of each fork manufactured, from raw material through final inspection. Each fork is stamped with Cascade’s identification, specified capacity, load center, week of manufacturing and production work orders. This traceability together with Cascade’s strictly controlled processes ensure that only forks of the highest quality reach our customers. Yellow and red highlighted components are shown for display purposes only. All hydraulic shifting options are shipped black.

Features may include:

• Carefully routed hoses are tucked away and securely fastened to the frame.

• MDS welds the cylinder mounting brackets on the forks and the frame. MDS uses (2) 1½” x 16” Cylinders. Cylinders close to within 2” of each other.

• Frames are shipped with hose guard on the left side of the frame but can be easily moved to accommodate hydraulics on the right side.

• The walk-thru frame is standard for all MDS Pallet Fork Systems for safe entry and exit and offers great visibility to the end of the forks.
